Typical local cooking class, ideal for tourists or for those who want to discover the secrets of some of the most representative dishes of our tradition such as fresh egg pasta, meat sauce, wild boar, cantuccini…
The Tuscan cooking course includes the preparation of the following menu (fixed according to the seasonality and availability of raw materials) with dinner to follow:
- Appetizers
- Handmade pasta with matching sauce
- Second course of meat with side dish
- Dessert
Course organized weekly at the my kitchen located in Ponsacco, in the province of Pisa, near Pontedera and Volterra.
Possibility to customize and carry out the cooking course PRIVATELY at your home, even for vacation, whenever you want!

Themed classes for cooking enthusiasts and lovers of good food… dedicated to those who want to treat themselves or give away a fun and educational culinary experience! Each class includes one or more in-depth lessons on the following topics with dinner to follow:
- Gravy and sauces (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- Vegetables (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- Fresh and filled pasta (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- The venison (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- Meat (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- The fish (1 lesson – 4 hours)
- The desserts (1 lesson – 4 hours )
- The basics of good cuisine (4 lessons – 16 hours)
