With the help of an excellent staff and associates who work for and with me, I am able to accommodate any of your culinary requirement: a private dinner, a business lunch, a cooking class up to the realization of a special event such as your wedding. Before the established date I do an inspection of the location to verify the available spaces, the equipment present and to ensure that everything can be carried out in the best possible way.

3° ENJOY YOUR DINNER

My staff and I will take care of the mise en place of the preparation of the dishes and finally the cleaning and the complete reorganization of the kitchen.

Eravamo 14 persone, menù pesce con tre antipasti, un primo e un secondo e dolce. Tutto squisito e di qualità eccellente, il pesce non mente..
Non ho pensato a niente, persino la preparazione della tavola poteva essere eseguita dalla sua aiutante. Cucina lasciata pulita e con lavastoviglie già partita con tutte le stoviglie utilizzate.
